Seagarden Natural Seafood Extracts are produced from the boiling juice produced from fresh fish or shellfish landed in Norway. The processing includes enzymatic hydrolysis and inactivation, micro filtration, evaporation and concentration to a paste.
Seagarden Natural Seafood Extracts are totally soluble in water and contains a broad spectrum of amino acids, nucleotides and water soluble flavour compounds.
The production is approved by the Norwegian Food Safety Authorities according to FDA / HACCP.

The most exclusive range of the marine extracts are also available in smaller units approx. 2,5 kg in addition to standard PP cans. |
Seagarden Natural Seafood Extracts has a shelf life of more than 24 months when stored in a cool, dark and dry atmosphere.
